Well Led

A programme for registered managers and senior leaders who want to strengthen leadership capability, improve quality and build a positive, person-centred culture. Well-Led helps leaders understand what “good” and “outstanding” look like under the CQC Single Assessment Framework and provides practical tools to drive continuous improvement.

Description

Well-Led is a Skills for Care Licensed Programme designed for registered managers, service managers and experienced leaders in adult social care. Across four modules, learners explore what effective leadership looks like, how to build a positive culture, and how to lead quality improvements that make a measurable difference to people’s lives. The programme blends reflection, discussion and practical tools, giving leaders the confidence and capability to guide their teams, respond to challenges and demonstrate strong governance during inspection. Delivered live by Mark Thomson virtually, Well-Led provides a supportive space for leaders to learn from peers, share examples and develop their own improvement plan.
